Guiding Philosophy
Heidi believes that everyone is perfect, whole, and complete—that at the core we are all truly beautiful human beings who share similar desires and needs. We all want to be loved. We all want to be respected. And we all want to be strong, healthy, and successful people.
With understanding, integrity and compassion, Heidi assists clients in fully realizing their beauty and in honoring their innate ability to create all that they desire and to be all that they wish to be. Using health as a starting point, she helps individuals reestablish their personal power by teaching them how to make better choices about what they think, how they feel, and what they put in and on their bodies.
Just a bit of back ground information on the personal significance of my home page...
Meaning of Lotus Flower
The Lotus is essentially used to signify joy, peace, purity and sincerity. The lotus confidently rises above water and blossom to create a strong sense of purity in the surroundings.
” To the Chinese it symbolizes ultimate purity and perfection because it rises untainted and beautiful from the mud. Every part of the plant, from roots to petals can be put to good use and has medicinal properties. As such, the plant as a whole, conveys deep significance. Esoterically, it represents inward emptying and outward splendor and this conveys the true nature of reality…”
The Water
Represents emotions and purity. The water reminds me to trust the flow of life. Going against the tide, just makes the journey harder and exerts a lot of unnecessary energy. Water is also essential to life and the preservation of it! Water is a wonderful energy conducter and because we are mainly made up of water, we are also great energy amplifiers and conductors.
Butterfly
“ Butterfly…that flutters
In the morning light
You have known many forms,
Before you e’er took flight.”
(Medicine cards – Jamie Sams & David Carson)
Transformation…
It represents the many transformations I have experienced in my own life, incorporating many of the techniques offered in the natural health field.
Butterfly teaches me that life is a never-ending cycle of self-transformation. It brings clarity.
Accept that being attracted to this symbol (my services) means you are ready to undergo some type of transformation.
White Swan
“Swan…
The power of woman
Entering Sacred Space,
Touching future,
Yet to come,
Bringing eternal grace.”
( Medicine cards – Jamie Sams & David Carson)
Grace…
“I will surrender to the flow of the spiral and trust what I am shown.” It teaches me to have faith and surrender to the grace of the rhythm of the Universe and through my acceptance I have been changed. Swan medicine/energy reminds me to surrender and love and accept the healing and transformation of my life with grace and to honor my female intuitive side.
The Reflections in the Water
Reminds me of a mirror.
Water represents emotions and thus to me it means paying attention to my emotions as it reflects, like a mirror, my thoughts and where my energies are focused. I believe that energy flows where attention goes.
We attract people to mirror aspects of ourselves to us. What we chose to do with the message in the mirror is up to us.
My website is significant to me because it combines all the layers of life - nature and nurture, the healing potential of water, flowers and plants, emotional balance and the flow of the Universal energy.
