How are you digesting life?

This class covers digestion and assimilation. Why do we have digestive issues and how can we naturally repair this important process of life. How does the energy pathways in your body affect your digestive process and is it all just physical?  Are you digesting the many challenges that life throws at you effectively?

How do your thoughts and emotions affect your physical wellbeing?

We will explore the mayor energy centers in the body as well as the organ systems and emotional implications associated with them. We will discuss the impact of thoughts and how our emotions manifest into ailments. This class will offer alternative ways to help deal; with life and it's many challenges.

Healing with sound and energy!

This will be an introductory class to sound healing. You will be able to experience tuning forks and their wonderful vibrations as well as energy and how we use it already. You will be shown how to increase and channel it to help improve your life ans the lives of loved ones around you. Emerging science is now documenting the connection between the energetic and physical body and how it's communication affects our health.

Ion Cleanse Parties:

Experience the benefits of Ionic detoxification in the comfort of your own home. Invite a few friends and I will come to your home and set up all the equipment and help keep you and your friends a little healthier. It is a thirty minute process where you will receive valuable information about your health and wellness. It is $ 40.00 per person and there is a minimum requirement of 4-5 people.
